Keep the first solid meal light and simple even though the mental temptation to dive into heavier favorites will

Diabetics cannot have the juices that have high sugar content. When juicing, focus more on vegetable juice
rather than fruit juice. Low sugar vegetables include tender green leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce, salad
greens), asparagus, cucumber, radish, cabbage, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms.
Stay away from all root vegetables and those vegetables with less water for they are highest in sugar. Examples

What do I do??
When juicing green blends are more beneficial than fruit blends. Fruit blends should be done in the AM.
